Nibble Bikes “DASH FOR DIO” Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older, who sign up with DoorDash and complete at least one DoorDash delivery during the promotion period.
2. Entrants must also be a rider of Nibble Bikes during the competition period.
3. Employees, contractors, directors, or management of Nibble Bikes and their immediate families (including spouses, children, parents, and siblings) are ineligible to enter.
4. Entrants must meet all entry requirements as outlined below to be eligible for prizes.

To enter, participants must:

1. Sign up to DoorDash using the link provided on the promotion page during the promotion period.
2. Activate their DoorDash account within the specified time frame (typically 48 hours to one week).
3. Complete at least one DoorDash delivery during the promotion period.
4. Submit the entry via the competition link provided after their first completed order, including full name, email and mobile number.
5. Entrants must be a rider of Nibble Bikes to enter.

Eligible participants will receive:

1. $10 Ampol Fuel Card: Sent via SMS after DoorDash account activation.
2. Free DoorDash Delivery Bag: Shipped directly after the completion of the first order.
3. DoorDash Rain Jacket (valued at $30): Available for pickup at Nibble Bikes Newstead for the first 50 riders only, after DoorDash account activation.
4. Entry into the Grand Prize Draw: Participants who complete the steps outlined above will be entered into a draw to win a brand-new 2024 Honda Dio Scooter.

1. The Grand Prize draw will be conducted at 10am AEST on Friday January 10, 2025 at the Nibble Bikes offices, 40 Waterloo Street Newstead 4006 QLD.
2. The winner will be selected via random electronic selection and notified by email or telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
3. The winner's name will be published on the Nibble Bikes website and social media channels.

1. If the Grand Prize remains unclaimed after 30 days from the initial draw, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Monday February 10, 2025 at 10am.
2. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email or telephone and published on the Nibble Bikes website.

1. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
2. Nibble Bikes reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or in breach of these terms and conditions.
4. Nibble Bikes is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied during the course of the promotion.
5. Once the prize has been claimed, the entrant is responsible for registering and insuring the bike.

1. Nibble Bikes is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with the prize or participation in the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. By entering the promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Nibble Bikes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if any technical difficulties or unforeseen events prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned.

1. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Nibble Bikes for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may be disclosed to third parties (such as DoorDash) for the purposes of verifying entry validity.
2. By participating, entrants consent to the use of their personal information as described in Nibble Bikes’ Privacy Policy.
3. Nibble Bikes may also use entrants' personal information for promotional and marketing purposes unless the entrant opts out.
