What is the difference between subscription and rental? Is it the same thing?
When renting a bike, a daily fee is charged and an end date is used to calculate the overall charge, which tends to be substantially higher. Cost for rentals are often paid upfront. With a subscription, it is flexible and lasts as long as you need to use the bike, there are no lock-in contracts, and payments are processed weekly.
How much does it cost to hire a food delivery bike with Nibble?
Nibble prices start from $99 for a petrol scooter per week. The weekly subscription charges may depend on the model you choose. To sign up you only have to pay the first week's amount plus the bond ($250 for Student Holiday Visas Holders and $500 for Working Holiday Visa Holders).
What do I need to hire a scooter?

You can use the scooter to deliver food for popular platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Doordash, and Menulog.You need a copy of the Insurance Certificate and Registration Documents to sign up as a rider. We will provide you with these documents once you've signed up.
Which scooter is best for Uber Eats?
All our bikes are suitable for Uber Eats. You can choose from a range of models available to view here. We have both electric and petrol options from brands such as Suzuki, Honda, Kymco, Fonzarelli and more.
Will I need to buy insurance for the bike?
You don’t need to buy insurance as our scooters are already insured. The insurance cover charge is included in your weekly subscription payments.
What do I do when the scooter needs servicing?
At Nibble, we take care of the servicing and maintenance. The cost is included in the subscription, so you pay no additional fees.When you pick up your bike, there will be a service sticker placed under the seat with the details of when your next service is due and a QR code which can be scanned to make a booking (link to book a service). Your service can be at a time that is convenient for you, simply choose a drop off location, date and time that works for you.
Can I ride the scooter with my friend?
Absolutely! You can invite a friend to ride with you. However, Â please notify us in advance. You must fill out a form that covers your friend under our insurance policy in case of mishaps.If you plan to ride with a friend, you should rent at least a 110cc scooter or motorcycle. A 50cc is appropriate for single-seat riders only.
When can I return the bike?
Please feel free to return the scooter anytime after our minimum rental period of 14 days. You can book a return here (link). All returns will need 24 hours notice, this notice is reflected in the available return times.
